Tau Pi Omega offers an inspiration of opportunities to experience the spirit of sisterly love, develop and contribute towards leadership skills, grant scholarship awards to high school students, and build character. Members are committed to ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and integrity.
Along with multiple tasks, members enjoy exciting activities while experiencing a bond of sisterhood; yet, never forgetting goals and obligations.
Our membership is comprised of college-educated women in professions ranging from educators to entrepreneurs. We also consist of retirees and women of leisure as well. With a wide variety of choices, each member is sure to find the ideal suited area of interest.
Tau Pi Omega chapter meetings are open to all members of Alpha Kappa Sorority, Incorporated. We welcome inactive members to reactivate membership through Tau Pi Omega Chapter.
Chapter meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month, excluding July and August, at 10:00 a.m. at Shadow Rock Elementary School, located at 1040 Kingway Drive, Lithonia, GA 30058. Business attire is suitable.
When visiting, acceptable forms of verification are: Financial card; Picture identification; Original membership certificate; Transfer verification form with appropriate signatures; Ivy Leaf magazine with address label attached.
